Both our cricket and rugby teams will get the opportunity to compete in their respective sports codes and we are hopeful for a good result. Unfortunately for our beloved Protea Cricket team it means coming face to face with an term that has stuck like an unwanted piece of gum to their Championship kit shoes…”chokers”.  Considering the ‘legacy’ of the Protea’s inability to rise to the occasion (as noted in media reports) I was quite surprised when I saw the following article. What are your thoughts as fellow sport psychology colleagues.
